General test standard for Exterior Led Baseball Stadium Light Driver

Switching power supplies for LED lighting fixtures are divided into constant voltage and constant current modes: LED is a current-type device, ideal for constant current power supply, but most of the market is flooded with constant voltage source power supply, which will inevitably shorten the service life of LEDs. For the detection of LED switching power supplies, the following points have been made: 1. Output voltage ripple detection; 2. Switching power supply efficiency detection; 3. If power factor is required, power factor detection should also be done; 4. Prevent input power Detection of the input voltage regulation rate of the influence of sudden changes on the circuit; 5. And the detection of the power supply temperature of full load, (the biggest characteristic of LED lamps heats up); 6. If it is a constant current power supply, the output voltage ripple of the switching power supply is changed to the output current Accuracy testing. These items are necessary, and the others depend on the company's requirements! The testing of lamps is as follows: LED lamps (power less than 50W) test standard reference (take CE, FCC, ROHS as examples): CE certification, divided into two parts, EMC and LVD. The standards used for EMC testing are: EN55015, EN61547, EN61000-3-3, EN61000-3-2. EN55015 is a standard for conducting radiation and power radiation tests. EN61547 This standard is to test static electricity, radiation anti-interference, rapid pulsation, surge or lightning, conduction anti-interference, voltage swells and sags, etc. EN61000-3-3 is to measure voltage fluctuations. EN61000-3-2 is for harmonic testing. The standards used for LVD testing are: EN60598. It includes insulation withstand voltage test, leakage current test, ground resistance test, insulation resistance test, temperature rise test, abnormal temperature test and so on. RoHS certification is the EU's environmental certification. The main purpose is to detect whether the lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in it exceed the standard. FCC certification is a mandatory certification in the United States. Do FCC certification

The certification standard is: Part18, mainly for EMC testing, test items: conducted radiation and power radiation testing. Do FCC DOC format. If the power of LED lamps exceeds 60W, the European standard needs to consider the EN 60968 standard. The European standard for ballast testing refers to EN 61347. Lamps with magnetic ballasts or magnetic ballasts need to be considered for winding durability testing (testing takes 30 days). With the improvement of LED light source manufacturing technology and wider application level, we are committed to ensuring consumer safety. UL formulated the safety standard UL8750 for LED modules and lighting fixtures to regulate LED lighting products, and it was officially released in 2009. This standard is a necessary safety specification for the industry to sell LED products to North America. It applies to all types of products that use LEDs as the main light source, including lamps, bulbs, drivers, etc. In the future, LED light source lighting products must have safety specifications and more Verify the special properties of LED light sources and modules. In short, for LED lamps to be certified, it is necessary to clarify the function and purpose of the product, input voltage, power supply and so on. Then look at the customer's requirements and see if there is a specified standard.
