1 Open the cover of the Outdoor  Residential  Led Street Lights, short-circuit a part of each group of LEDs (about half of the total number of series), and
The output circuit of the constant current drive circuit of the group of LEDs is connected in series with a DC ammeter to monitor the drive current.
The street light single lamp is installed in an environment with an ambient temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%R.H. according to normal use.

2 For the samples that have passed the test of 1, all the LEDs of this group are short-circuited, that is, the LED street lights of this group are driven by constant current
The output terminal is short-circuited, then replace the face cover, power on for 4h according to the method in 1, and then remove the group of LEDs and restore the LED street light.
To the normal state, power on again. If the constant current drive circuit resumes normal operation and the drive current value of this group of LEDs is normal, it is judged
Set qualified. If the constant current drive circuit cannot resume normal operation after the short circuit of this group of LEDs is removed, or the drive current value of this group of LEDs
If the deviation from the normal value exceeds ±10%, the abnormal LED street lamp lifespan test is judged to be unqualified, and the test ends
