Outdoor Led Street Lights All Kinds of Test
1. The total downward luminous flux of the LED street lamp and the energy consumption ratio test of the lamp
Install the single LED street light according to normal use at an ambient temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%R.H.And the power consumed by the lamp, and then calculate the ratio of the total downward luminous flux to the energy consumption of the lamp.
3.LED street lamp illuminance distribution test test
In the dark room, the single LED street light should be installed at an ambient temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 55% according to normal use.
4. LED thermal resistance test
The LED is installed in an environment with an ambient temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%R.H., with rated voltage

The test should meet the provisions of 5.5, and the LED street lamps should be tested according to the methods and requirements specified in GB7000.1 and GB7000.5.
6. Electromagnetic compatibility test
The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.6, and shall be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in GB17743 and GB17625.1.
7. Enclosure protection class test
The test should comply with the provisions of 5.7 and be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in GB4208.
8. Lighting design test
The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.8 and shall be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in CJJ45-2006.
9. Laser radiation test
The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.9 and shall be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in GB7247.1.
10. LED street lamp reliability test
The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.10, and the appropriate plan shall be selected according to the methods and requirements specified in GB5080.7.
11. LED street light source life test
Install the new LED street light single lamp according to normal use at an ambient temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±
12 Enclosure protection class test
The test should comply with the provisions of 5.7 and be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in GB4208.
13.Lighting design test
The test shall comply with the provisions of 5.8 and shall be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements specified in CJJ45-2006.
